How can we contact Rustic Skyline?

Where do you ship?

Everywhere! We ship our products to a majority of countries worldwide. If you happen to live within the 2% of the world where we cannot ship to, your order will be refunded in full.

How long are your shipping times?

Once payment is approved, your order will be fulfilled within 24 to 72 hours. Shortly after, your item(s) will be shipped. Our inventory is warehoused in the U.S. Shipments can typically take between 2- 20 days of payment.

Once my order is placed, can I choose to cancel?

If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please refer to the Refund Policy Page. If it is an issue, we can attend to, please feel free to contact us with any questions.

I ordered multiple products, why are they not shipped together?

Many of our products are stored in multiple warehouses across the U.S. Often times products will be shipped from different locations in order to provide the customer with the earliest available item first. This prevents products from being shipped to each other and keeps shipping costs at a minimum.

What do you do with my personal information?

Your privacy is important to us. All records are kept secret and will NEVER be sold to a third party. Furthermore, all payment and financial details are dealt with by our payment processor to ensure your privacy. We never see your banking or credit card information.

Where are you located?

Our Offices are based out of the state of Washington within the Continental US. We ship our products out of our warehouses in the U.S. 

It’s been a few weeks now, where are my products?

No worries! It’s on its way! Double check the tracking number you received in your shipping confirmation email. As always, feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns.

Reasons for delay:
- Customs clearance ( + 5-7 business days )
- Remote areas ( + 3-4 business days )
- Return to sender ( customer will be contacted )

Any order which has not been received or has been returned to sender within 30 days we will contact you to offer a refund.
